Welcome to Desert Mailbox Pros. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services & Estimates

We provide residential and commercial mailbox installation and repair. Quotes provided via our "Instant Bid" calculator are estimates based on the data provided. Final pricing is subject to on-site inspection, soil conditions, and specific HOA or USPS requirements.

2. Utility Markings & Hazards

For installations requiring excavation:

Public Utilities (Blue Stake) We will contact 811 (Blue Stake) to mark public underground utilities prior to digging.
Private Lines (Owner Responsibility) The property owner is responsible for marking private lines (e.g., sprinklers, landscape lighting, private electrical lines). Desert Mailbox Pros is not liable for damage to unmarked private underground utilities.

3. HOA & USPS Compliance

While we strive to adhere to general standards, the property owner is responsible for ensuring the selected mailbox style and location meet specific Homeowner Association (HOA) covenants and local USPS Postmaster regulations.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your specific invoice. Generally, a deposit may be required for custom orders or commercial cluster box units, with the balance due upon completion of installation.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom-fabricated units are non-refundable once production has begun.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desert Mailbox Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
